About Me
I built my life around five core pillars — Mindset, Money, Meals, Muscles, and Music — what I call the 5 M’s.
Each one represents a piece of who I am and what I stand for: alignment, growth, and freedom.
Mindset comes first — because everything starts in the mind. I believe your thoughts create your reality, and the way you think determines how far you’ll go. I’ve learned to master discipline, not motivation, and to show up even when it’s hard.
Money isn’t about greed; it’s about freedom. Through years of financial education, I’ve learned how to make, grow, and keep money by using systems like Infinite Banking, HELOC leverage, and passive income strategies — and now I teach others how to do the same.
Meals are fuel. As a nutritionist and former meal prep business owner, I help people eat in a way that supports their goals — physically, mentally, and emotionally. Nutrition isn’t just about macros; it’s about mastering the relationship between food, performance, and success.
Muscles are discipline made visible. Fitness is my therapy, my teacher, and my test of consistency. Every rep, every set, and every drop of sweat is a reflection of how much I care about myself — and the same goes for anyone I coach.
Music is the heartbeat of it all. It’s how I express my story, my pain, and my purpose. It’s the art that connects the structure of discipline with the emotion of being human.
